Position Summary
The Business Analyst is a direct extension of the Chief of Staff's execution capacity — helping drive forward the cross-functional projects and operational workstreams that are most critical to the business. For the first ~2 years, the role is expected to be heavily project-management focused: coordinating the product / platform upgrade sequencing, migrating customers from a legacy platform to a modern platform, and standard/custom client implementation support that sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and operations. As the role matures, scope is expected to broaden into wider business operations, analytics, and strategic-initiative work.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that regularly interacts with the ELT and requires the judgment to operate independently against ambiguous, fast-moving priorities while producing consistently polished, executive-ready work.
