With CompHealth you can love what you do and impact the lives of millions of patients ever year. CompHealth is looking for a Business Insights Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. Sales Operations supports CompHealth's sales divisions by improving how the business runs, from the tools people use every day to the processes that connect teams across the organization. As a Business Insights Specialist, you will own the production of recurring sales reporting, build and maintain the dashboards leadership and frontline teams rely on, and drive the automation of reporting workflows so insights reach stakeholders faster. This role will report to the Director of Business Operations. Responsibilities Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including production numbers, pipeline/KPI recaps, sales scorecards, and business review packets. Source and validate data from FOX and other systems to ensure accuracy and completeness before reports go out. Field ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for sales leadership and frontline teams. Maintain documentation of report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence so reporting stays consistent regardless of who owns it. Proficiency in Excel (or similar) for data analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets. Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to automate and improve reporting workflows, with direct experience using Claude being a plus. Process-minded and organized, able to manage multiple recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc requests at once. Clear communicator who can translate data into concise, actionable summaries for leadership.
