Responsibilities: Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Monitor and record client health status, vital signs, and changes in condition Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Requirements: Active CNA certification or verifiable experience as a professional caregiver Previous home care, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred Strong understanding of personal care techniques and patient safety protocols Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license preferred CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references About Us: EmpathyHands HomeCare is a trusted in-home care provider serving the SANTA CLARITA community with a mission rooted in empathy, integrity, and excellence.
