Most freight is drop-and-hook, with some live unload deliveries depending on the customer. Loads are coordinated in advance whenever possible to create smoother transitions between assignments and help maintain dependable weekly mileage. Scheduling Consistency The fleet operates on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch planning is organized around keeping freight moving while maintaining a consistent schedule from one cycle to the next. Average runs of 700–750 miles also help reduce frequent short trips and unnecessary load changes. Truck Equipment Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for added comfort while away from home.
