Position Highlights Position: Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Camp Hill, PA area Hours: Morning and weekend hours available Employment: Part-time Start: Immediate opening Job Responsibilities As a Home Health Aide/CNA, you will provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Responsibilities include: Provide compassionate, respectful, and high-quality patient care. Assist patients with personal hygiene and personal care needs . Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care activities as appropriate. Assist with serving meals and feeding patients as needed. Assist patients with ambulation, positioning, transfers, and mobility as appropriate. Provide fresh water, nourishment, and other appropriate assistance between meals. Respond promptly and appropriately to patients' needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy patient environment. Observe and report changes in a patient's condition or needs as appropriate. Complete required documentation, forms, reports, logs, and patient records accurately and promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and protect private health information. Maintain required certifications and licensure and participate in ongoing educational opportunities. Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the care team. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality patient care. Qualifications Current Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification as applicable. Previous experience in home health, nursing, caregiving, personal care, or patient care preferred. Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care. Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships and rapport with patients and their families. Dependable and responsible work ethic. Ability to work independently while following established care plans, policies, and procedures.
