Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Join Our Caring Team! | Immediate Opening All Hands Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to clients. Assist clients with personal hygiene and personal care . Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate. Assist with serving meals and feeding clients as needed. Assist clients with ambulation, positioning, mobility, and transfers as appropriate. Provide fresh water, nourishment, and assistance between meals. Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and healthy environment. Respond promptly and appropriately to clients' needs. Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients and their families. Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate care team member. Accurately complete required documentation, forms, reports, logs, and records. Follow care plans, company policies, procedures, and professional standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and patient information. Participate in training and educational opportunities to maintain and improve your skills. Maintain required certifications and licensure. Work professionally and collaboratively with clients, families, and the care team. What We're Looking For Current Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or CNA certification as applicable. Previous experience in home health, nursing, caregiving, or patient care preferred. Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) is a plus. Compassionate, caring, and patient personality. Ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work respectfully and effectively with clients and their families. Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent care.
