- Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants
- Must be Washington State MA Certified or able to obtain Washington State MA Registered credentials
- Education: a high school diploma or a professional certificate

Promotes efficient patient flow and patient care, i.e. exams and procedures.
