Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as appropriate to the care plan and your qualifications Provide medication reminders Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CNA, HHA, or home care experience Valid Connecticut CNA license or qualifying HHA/CNA certificate Authorized to work in the United States Physical examination completed within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years Valid driver's license At Affirmed Home Care, we believe caregivers deserve the same level of support and respect that our clients receive.
