What you need
- Active New Jersey LPN license

Per Diem LPN – Ventilator & Trach Experience

$45/Hour for Nursing Shifts | $85 Per Visit
Weekdays • Weekends • Days • Overnights
Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem home care opportunities throughout Bergen County, New Jersey!
Are you an LPN looking for flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide personalized patient care? Join Affirmed Home Care, a premier private-pay home care agency dedicated to delivering exceptional one-on-one care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
We are currently seeking skilled LPNs for specialized cases in
Elmwood Park, Hackensack, Rochelle Park, Ridgefield, and surrounding Bergen County communities.
Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care experience is required
for these specialized assignments.
Pay
$45.00 per hour
for nursing shifts
$85.00 per LPN visit
Available Schedules
We are looking for LPNs with availability for:
Weekday shifts
Weekend shifts
Day shifts
Overnight shifts
Per diem assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.
Requirements
Active New Jersey LPN license
