What you'll do
- Performs patient care duties related to activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care.
- Maintains the environment, equipment and supplies, and supports treatment and management of Behavioral Health patients as part of the Psychiatric team.
What you need
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, Nursing Attendant certification, and previous nursing attendant experience.
- Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use Disorder experience is preferred.
- Education: a high school diploma or a professional certificate

Under the direction and guidance of the Registered Nurse, the Nursing Attendant performs a variety of patient care duties and tasks related to activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and maintains the environment, equipment and supplies. The CNA, as part of the Psychiatric team, plays an integral part in the treatment and management of the Behavioral Health patient
HS Diploma/GED
• Nursing Attendant certification
• Previous nursing attendant experience
• Experience in Behavioral Health AND/OR Substance Use Disorder is preferred
