What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
- Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What you need
- Requires active CNA certification in good standing with the state, recent education or completed clinical hours, and the ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
- PRN status requires picking up 1-2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month.

Location: Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center (Grants Pass, OR)
Schedule: PRN (Shifts/Schedules are not guaranteed)
