What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
- Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What you need
- Requires active CNA certification in good standing with the state and recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Based on licensed experience
Location: Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center (Grants Pass, OR)
Available Schedules: Part-Time | Sun-Tue, 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM
