Responsibilities may include: Providing compassionate personal care and daily living assistance Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assisting with mobility and maintaining resident safety Providing companionship and emotional support Helping residents maintain independence and dignity Assisting with resident errands and activities as needed Observing and communicating changes in residents' condition Working as part of a caring and supportive senior care team HHA / CNA Qualifications Experience is valued, but we're willing to train the right person! HHA, CNA, caregiver, personal care, or senior care experience is a plus Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation required Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Compassionate, dependable, and patient approach to senior care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Paid training provided Flexible HHA / CNA Shifts We offer flexible scheduling with typical shifts including: Overnight: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Day: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Team members typically rotate every other weekend and every other holiday.
