Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Some CNAs want a fast-paced facility. Others want to slow down, go deep with their clients, and actually feel like the work means something at the end of the day. If you're in the second group, MaineTouch LLC is hiring.
We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants in Saint Albans, ME 04971 and the surrounding Somerset County area for in-home personal care and support services with adults and seniors. Pay starts at $18.00 and goes up to $21.00/hour based on your experience and certifications.
What the work looks like:
You'll work with one client at a time, following their individual plan of care. That includes personal care tasks - bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene - along with mobility support, safe transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and condition monitoring. You'll document accurately and communicate any changes to your supervisor. Clinical and administrative staff are reachable when you need backup.
This job is a good fit if you:
Want flexible scheduling built around your availability
Prefer one-on-one client work over a facility setting
Are looking for a team that supports you, not just assigns you
Want a path forward - CRMA, CNA-M, LPN, or nursing programs
What MaineTouch offers:
$18–$21/hr with performance-based increases
Full-time and part-time positions
Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available
Mileage reimbursement where applicable
Advancement into CRMA, CNA-M, LPN, and nursing roles
Requirements:
Active Maine CNA license
Age 18+ and high school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation (valid driver's license preferred)
Cell phone for documentation and scheduling
Physical ability to assist with transfers and daily care
If you're a home health aide or direct care worker currently working toward your CNA, or a certified nursing assistant ready for a change - we're interviewing now in the Saint Albans, Maine area. Apply today and we'll be in touch promptly.
