Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Facility CNA work and home care CNA work are not the same thing. In a facility, you're moving fast, splitting your attention between rooms, and rarely getting to know the people you care for. In home care, it's different. You're with one client, in their home, focused entirely on them. If that sounds like the kind of work you've been looking for, MaineTouch LLC is hiring.
We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants in the Alfred, ME 04002 area and throughout York County to provide in-home personal care and support services to adults and seniors. Pay starts at $18.00 and goes up to $21.00 per hour based on your experience and certifications, with performance-based increases available as you grow.
The work:
You'll follow each client's individual care plan - assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, hygiene, mobility, and transfers. You'll help with meals, light housekeeping, and monitoring changes in condition, and document accurately throughout your shift. Clinical staff and supervisors are accessible when you need them, and our office team is reachable when you have questions.
Schedules are built around your availability, not the other way around. Full-time and part-time positions are open, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available. Whether you're looking for steady full-time hours or something more flexible, we work to match you with clients in your area.
