Requirements What We’re Looking For · At least one year of automotive repair experience and a strong automotive background. · Toyota manufacturer certifications preferred; ASE certifications are a plus. · Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. · Ability to produce quality work efficiently and safely. · Clear verbal and written communication and a team-first attitude. · A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements. · Willingness to complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screening, consistent with Washington law.
