Responsibilities: · Provide hand on care to the resident based on the resident Plan of Care. · Administer medications and provide treatment to the resident based on the physician orders. · Must be able to identify changes in the resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs. · Strong focus assessment skills as well as documentation skills. · Must be able to evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care. · Monitor the resident overall condition and provide care as required while maintaining compliance with the facility policy and procedures. Qualifications Current RN/LVN License in Texas Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team Able to work efficiently under time constraints Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Holland Lake Rehab offers competitive compensation!
