The Growing Years of Clayton is a licensed childcare center seeking Assistant Teachers for our Infant classroom!
What you'll do
- Substitute for any position as needed
- Cover staff members’ breaks and fill in during their absences
- Assume classroom duties before or after staff members’ scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with children, parents and staff
- Operate as a team player and help where needed under the director of the lead teacher
What you need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role
- Previous childcare experience (preferred)

The Growing Years of Clayton
is a licensed childcare center seeking
Assistant Teachers for our Infant classroom!
To be
QUALIFIED
for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A
plus
if you have previous childcare experience!
Required Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm
Compensation: $15-$18/hr
based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
Willi
