What you'll do
- Acquire intimate knowledge of claims software systems
- Manage business activities concerning claims software planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing
- Communicate with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes
- Troubleshoot system errors
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
- Strong computer aptitude and comfort working with data; exposure to Excel, SQL, VBA, or similar tools gained through coursework, work experience, or personal projects.

As the Claims Systems Coordinator you will acquire intimate knowledge of our claims software systems and effectively manage business activities concerning the planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of the claims software. You will also communicate with business and technical personnel on a regular basis to facilitate software changes and troubleshoot system errors.
