Do you love creating great client experiences, and telling the story of a brand through great content? IV Nutrition Scottsdale is looking for a motivated, creative Client Experience & Social Media Manager to be the face and the voice of our clinic, both in person and online.
About IV Nutrition
IV Nutrition is a leading provider of intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy, offering personalized wellness solutions to optimize health and well-being.
About the Role
Client experience
Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate information is collected.
Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and a warm, memorable in-clinic experience.
Monitor reviews and client feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care.
Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience; experience managing social media for a business or brand is strongly preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills, with a good eye for photo and video content.
Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs.
A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
