What you need
- Strong blueprint & GD&T reading skills
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Haas CNC mill experience (preferred)
- Fanuc controls experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills; Excel a plus (preferred)

1st SHIFT CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR
IB-Tech is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling equipment while producing high-quality precision components.
Pay starting @ $25/Hr. *Pay based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DOProgram, set up & operate Haas CNC mills
Create and modify CNC programs
Read blueprints, GD&T & technical drawings
Perform machine setups & tooling changes
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining & programming issues
Maintain quality & production records
Support process improvements
WHAT YOU BRING1+ year CNC programming & machining experience
Haas CNC mill experience preferred
Fanuc controls experience preferred
Strong blueprint & GD&T reading skills
Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
Ability to use precision measuring tools
Basic computer skills; Excel a plus
