What you'll do
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T requirements, and CAD models
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished parts, document measurements, and maintain quality records
- Perform routine machine maintenance and change tooling
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support tooling, fabrication, repairs, and process improvements
- Assist with assembly, modifications, and other shop activities as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards
What you need
- Operate and set up manual machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses, along with Hass CNC.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T requirements, and CAD models.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect finished parts, document measurements, and maintain quality records.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, change tooling, and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support tooling, fabrication, repairs, and process improvements.
- Assist with assembly, modifications, and other shop activities as needed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards.
- Education: a high school diploma

What You’ll DoOperate and set up manual machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses, along with Hass CNC.

What You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of CNC machining
Manual lathe experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, use machining equipment and hand tools, and work accurately to tight tolerances.
Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
