WHAT YOU BRING: Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related. Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus Experience in customer service role is a plus Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
