Commercial Signage Installer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to join our team at Innovative Environments. This employee is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the crew's safety, quality of the installation, and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. This position will also physically install ADA signage. Candidate must be able to travel out of state. Installation Review and Preparation Meet with Project Manager and review entire sign package (job) Evaluate time needed to complete the job (hours/days) Determine labor (men needed to install) Determine equipment/tools needed to install Determine transportation of crew and product or signs. Coordinate with shipping team, as needed. Ensure City code for ADA sign has been researched and provided Installation Crew Management (on-site) Meet with Project Manager and review entire sign package (job) Evaluate time needed to complete the job (hours/days) Determine labor (men needed to install) Determine equipment/tools needed to install Determine transportation of crew and product or signs. Coordinate with shipping team, as needed. Ensure City code for ADA sign has been researched and provided Administrative Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation) Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily) Sign Assembly Assistance Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation) • Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily) Competencies Strong Organizational Skills Timely – prompt with attendance and meeting deadlines Administrative Skills Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written Tech Savvy Ability to Work Under Pressure Detail Oriented Proficient in using Hand Tools (drills, saws, angle grinders) Candidate Should Possess: MS Office Jobsite Management Software Experience a plus Fabrication Experience Highschool Diploma What We Offer: We understand that our people are the most important factor to our success.
