What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services
- Experience commissioning mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls, or other building and facility systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and system documentation
- Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) or Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen, as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
- NETA or ASHRAE certification or commissioning specific education courses
- PE Preferred. EIT with Commissioning Certification is a plus
- Experience working in government, military, or hazardous facilities, including environments with specialized safety and operational requirements
- SpecsIntact experience a plus
