What you'll do
- Learn the approach to assessing creditworthiness of borrowers
- Learn the approach to economic analysis and forecasting
- Learn the impact of macro-economic events on lending and risk management
- Learn the components of the lending process and credit fundamentals
- Complete one or more hands-on projects identified by FCS
- Present to the Board of Directors, senior leadership, mentors and other staff
- Work with mentors and collaborate with FCS staff as an active team member
- Learn about customer relationships and marketing and contribute to FCS image

Learn approach to assessing creditworthiness of borrowers
Learn approach to economic analysis and forecasting

Projects
Complete one or more projects identified by FCS that are hands-on in nature and designed to add value to the credit services team and the Association.
Presentations to the Board of Directors, senior leadership, mentors and other staff will be conducted towards the end of the internship.

Communication
Work with several mentors within Credit Leadership of the Association.
Collaborate with FCS staff as an active team member.

Marketing
Learn about customer relationships and marketing and contribute to FCS image as the leading agriculture financial institution committed to customers.
