Customer Service Associate

About the Position Do you enjoy working with people and providing great customer service? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, dependable, and energetic? We are looking for friendly and motivated Customer Service Associates to join our car wash team! As a Customer Service Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer, from the moment they arrive until they leave with a clean vehicle. You will assist customers with selecting the right wash package, help guide vehicles safely through the wash process, and ensure our facility is clean, organized, and welcoming. No previous car wash experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right individuals! Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the point of sale Help customers select the wash package or membership that best meets their needs Assist customers in the loading area, following established procedures to ensure vehicles safely enter the wash tunnel Help create a positive customer experience throughout the car wash process Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming vacuum area and ensure the property is presentable at all times Perform daily opening and closing procedures as assigned Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including interior and exterior areas, landscaping, and seasonal snow and ice removal Follow all company operating procedures and safety guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by the management team What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Ability to manage time effectively and stay productive Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills Ability and willingness to learn how to operate car wash equipment and machinery Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and safety guidelines Schedule Requirements Must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and other high-volume periods as needed Why Join Our Team?
