Customer Service Representative – Full-TimeLocation: Alpharetta, GA Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Non-Remote) Brookwood Funding LLC, a national consumer lending company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alpharetta. No lending experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls. Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
