Cyber Operations Analyst – Operational Integration & Forum Support

Graham Technologies is seeking a qualified professional to support the National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations mission. Support NGB cyberspace operations through classified mission coordination, operational forums, task management, exercises, and executive decision support. Location : Arlington, VA - On-site Key Responsibilities: Coordinate NGB cyber working groups, CYBERCOM-related planning forums, and interagency meetings; document decisions, actions, suspense dates, and follow-up. Manage and route NIPR/SIPR taskers and requests for information using authorized tracking systems such as TMT and ETMS2. Prepare executive summaries, briefing packages, meeting materials, situational updates, and knowledge-management products for senior leaders. Coordinate classified meetings and mission support activities across authorized NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments in compliance with security procedures. Support cyber exercises, DSCA cyber rehearsals, continuity activities, stakeholder coordination, and lessons learned. Assist with personnel accountability, onboarding coordination, continuity files, and division operational readiness. Required Skills: Experience in DoD/Federal cyber mission support, operational integration, coordination, or analysis. Ability to manage classified workflows, action tracking, briefing products, and multiple stakeholders. Active TS/SCI Preferred Skills: NGB cyber mission familiarity; TMT/ETMS2; NIPR/SIPR/JWICS coordination; exercise support.
