Correct inventory location issues and organize product in designated warehouse locations. Complete Costco reworks according to customer requirements (Reworks). Support special projects as assigned. Backup Responsibilities: Perform daily cycle counts of corrugated products. Perform cycle counts of feedstock to investigate discrepancies on production lines. Reconcile inventory for completed production lines. Make inventory adjustments and correct lot codes or batches as needed, following established procedures. Return overstock from production lines to the main warehouse. Clear damaged stock from production lines. Operate a stand-up forklift. Unload corrugate trailers as needed. Assist with adding and removing QA holds according to established procedures and authorization requirements. Additional Expectations: Work overtime as needed. Attend team meetings. REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker as well as Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels. Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements. Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.). Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls. Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
