What you'll do
- The Dental Assistant will assist doctors during procedures, operate X-ray equipment, and perform clinical tasks such as prophy teeth and applying sealants.
- They are also responsible for charting, treatment planning, and maintaining instrument sterilization.
What you need
- Candidates must hold a Dental Assistant Certificate, X-Ray Certification, and Coronal Polish Certification, with current BLS certification required.
- A minimum of 3 months of related experience or training is preferred.
- Education: a professional certificate

Full- Time for Busy fun and friendly professional Dental office / We work with Orthodontists, General Dentists, Pediatric Dentist and Anesthesiologist
Pay Range: $22.00 to -$25.00 /hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists the doctor in procedures
Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays
Prophy teeth
Instructs patients on oral hygiene
Chart and treatment plan with doctor
Sterilizes instruments
Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment
Take IO's
Charting
Sealants, if applicable
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
BIlingual in Spanish, preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Dental Assistant Certificate
X-Ray Certification
Coronal Polish Certification required
Current BLS certification
Sealant Certification, preferred
