What you'll do
- Support individuals with daily-living and socialization skills, goals at home and in the community, appointments and activities, personal care, and medication.
- Build safe, supportive relationships while working independently and with staff.
What you need
- Provide In-Home and Community Based support to individuals
- Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and local community
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities
- Assist in toileting, dressing, and hygiene
- Administration of medication
- Cultivate safe and supportive relationships
- Be creative, organized, and efficient
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and bring fun to the job
- Working independently and with staff
- Must have a valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection
- Must provide a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
