What you need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience or 1 year unpaid caregiving experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Days | 12-Hour Weekend Shifts | Paid Training
Looking for a rewarding weekend job where you can make a real difference while earning extra income?
Rockwell Care Services is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you'll help adults with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives while working just two days per week.
Pay & Schedule
$14-$15 per hour depending on experience
Every Saturday and Sunday
7:00 pm - 7:00 am shifts

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist adults with disabilities in their daily lives by:
Providing companionship and emotional support

Preparing meals and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Running errands and transporting clients as needed
Participating in recreational activities, games, and community outings
Supporting personal care needs
Teaching and encouraging life skills and independence
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
