Direct Support Professional Adult Day Habilitation Program Revere, MA | Full-Time Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a DSP in our Day Habilitation program , you’ll provide essential support in a structured, community-based setting that focuses on skill building, independence, and social engagement. What You’ll Do Support individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily activities, group sessions, and community outings. Encourage participation in skill development areas such as communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness. Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. Assist with personal care needs when necessary (meals, hygiene, mobility). Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and families to ensure meaningful and individualized support. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4pm What You Bring High School Diploma or GED. Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience required). Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
