What you'll do

Help individuals uphold safe and healthy lifestyles

What you need

High School Diploma/GED
Valid NYS Driver's License
Experience with Developmental Disabilities (preferred)
Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP (preferred)

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties: These residential caregivers help individuals in upholding safe and healthy lifestyles within our community Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores Follow guidelines, medications, and care plans accurately Collaborate with other members of the support team, including families, healthcare professionals, and case managers, to ensure the overall well-being and quality of life of individuals with disabilities Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents, and advocate for their rights and needs Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications: Experience with Developmental Disabilities is valued High School Diploma/GED Valid NYS Driver's License Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available: Evening: 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) Overnight: 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate) We have full-time, part-time and relief positions available! New Enhanced Pay $16.75-$18.50/hr.+ based on experience!
