What we're looking for:* Leads and directs shuttles, accountable based on assigned duties Serves as central control for day-to-day vehicle communications, trip routing and handling emergency situations Diligently monitors shuttles to include on time performance, vehicle pull outs and properly documents rider no-shows Meets with the Account Manager on a regular basis to discuss KPI's goals and objectives for the department, and secure goals are being met or exceeded Promotes teamwork environment and effective communication between dispatchers, supervisors and operators Coordinate problem resolution among operators, supervisors and public Communicate clear direction and response over radio with operators and supervisors utilizing established radio codes Influences positive employee morale and quality customer service Monitor operator sign-in and sign-out utilizing computer-aided dispatching and routing tools May be required to drive in service when required.
