What you'll do
- <ul><li>Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards</li><li>Cold call and respond to calls quickly</li><li>Pre-screen potential applicants</li><li>Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer</li><li>Schedule driver orientations and training</li><li>Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties</li><li>Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads</li></ul><p>The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone.<br> Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment.<br> Goal driven.<br> The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.</p>
What you need
- <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required).<br> Current or prior recruiting experience (preferred)</p><p>4 year degree</p><p>Recruiting expereince</p><p>Recruit drivers</p>
