Education & Engagement Specialist

Full-Time / Exempt / 8AM-4:30PM / Pay based on experience Menno Haven is looking for an Education & Engagement Specialist to support team member training, onboarding, recognition, and engagement initiatives across our organization. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will help bring programs to life, facilitate learning experiences, coordinate activities, and support a positive team member experience. What You'll Do Coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation and training programs. Support leadership development and department onboarding. Manage training requirements, assignments, and records across multiple learning and HR technology platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate team member recognition, engagement activities, and perks. Coordinate the CNA Program, serving as the primary contact for participants and partners. Lead team member events and support initiatives that strengthen connection and culture. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or a related field, preferred. 2+ years of experience in HR, training, employee engagement, program coordination, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning management systems, with the ability to navigate multiple HR technology platforms. A passion for connecting with people, coordinating programs, and creating positive experiences.
