What you'll do
- Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnose and fix issues with a variety of computer-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.
- Warranty & Maintenance:Follow customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements.
- Inventory & Testing:Keep accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases to meet both company and customer expectations.
- Safety & ESD Compliance:Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
- Communication & Logistics:Communicate clearly with your Supervisor about equipment needs. Assist in moving, sorting, and loading/unloading goods up to 50 lbs.
- General Duties:Maintain a clean and safe working environment and carry out other assigned duties as needed.
- Education:High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills:Experience with Microsoft Operating System (Windows) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems.
