What you'll do

Perform controlled demolition
Remove baseboards and carpet cushion
Remove and dispose of debris
Perform water pumping and extraction
Perform mold remediation and specialty drying
Set drying equipment
Construct and maintain enclosures and containment
Manipulate contents

What you need

Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work in confined spaces
Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
IICRC Certifications (preferred)

Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Mitigation Technician Lead for our Twin Falls, ID location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are: Controlled demolition Baseboard & carpet cushion removal Peeling, securing, & reattaching wallpaper Carpet seam cutting Removing and disposing of debris Water pumping and extraction Mold remediation Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.) Vapor Barrier Setting drying equipment Constructing polyethylene enclosures Containment construction and maintenance Contents Manipulation Additional duties may be assigned as needed, including responsibilities in other departments not specifically outlined in the job description You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include: IICRC Certifications a plus (not required) Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to work in confined spaces Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed (on-call rotation) MUST HAVE: Polished appearance (no facial or neck tattoos) ELITE offers many benefits for our Mitigation Technician and below are some highlights that add to the total compensation package… Comprehensive medical benefit package with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays 4% company match for retirement plans Unlimited use of PBC Gym Company events If you align with Elite Core Value's, please apply because you would be a great addition to our team!
