What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Proven experience using generative AI tools or AI features within email/SMS platforms to improve productivity and results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment, paired with sound judgment about where human review and brand voice matter most.
- Experience with Emarsys, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
- HTML and CSS email coding experience.
- Retail or e-commerce industry experience.
- Passion for the culinary industry and an affinity for the Sur La Table brand.
