Energy Engineer

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing energy and facility services company focused on making buildings better. We are seeking an Energy Engineer to support our energy management program with Moreno Valley Unified School District. You’ll combine energy data analysis, building performance optimization, and client support to help improve energy efficiency, reduce utility costs, and support sustainability goals. What You’ll Do Analyze utility usage, cost, demand, and renewable energy data Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics Identify energy-saving and operational improvement opportunities Conduct facility assessments and support building automation optimization Monitor energy and renewable system performance Support commissioning, fault detection, and corrective actions Present findings and recommendations to facility staff and leadership Partner with facilities, maintenance, engineering, and project teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related field Experience analyzing energy, utility, or facility performance data Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills Knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, utilities, or renewable energy Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills Experience supporting K-12, municipal, or public-sector clients preferred Location & Schedule Must live within 40 miles of Moreno Valley, CA Approximately 75% onsite with the customer Option to work remotely 1–2 days per week No Agencies, please **This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.** Benefits We offer a highly competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance 401K Flex time off 12 paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Opportunities to join our affinity groups, Veterans and Allies Leadership Organization or Women Inspiring & Strengthening Everyone Opportunities to give back to our local communities through organized events or fundraisers More About SitelogIQ At SitelogIQ, we’re focused on creating a great environment for our team first so that it is more energizing and rewarding to focus on creating a great customer experience.
