As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe, comfortable stay for our guests. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions. Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.
