What you'll do

The Enhancement Foreman is responsible for installing landscape upgrades such as plants, trees, and irrigation systems at residential and commercial properties.
They must also operate equipment safely and ensure that all projects are completed according to quality standards and site plans.

What you need

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in landscaping or construction and the physical ability to lift over 50 lbs.
A valid driver's license is preferred, along with a reliable and punctual work ethic.

Job Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: * Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc. * Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews. * Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely. * Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work. * Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor. * Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors. * Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards. Requirements: * 1+ year of landscape or construction experience required. * Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust). * Valid driver’s license preferred. * Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. * Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
