Enterprise Business Development Representative

Protex AI’s Site Intelligence platform shows industrial businesses what’s actually happening across their operations. It connects cameras, enterprise systems and operational knowledge. Computer vision turns camera footage into live operational data, and AI agents use that data to explain performance, flag what needs attention and route the fix to the right team. Our customers are some of the world’s largest manufacturing, logistics and warehousing companies, including PepsiCo, FedEx and General Motors. We work with senior Safety and Operations leaders, giving them the visibility to run smarter, safer sites. Protex AI raised an oversubscribed $36 million Series B led by Hedosophia, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and existing investors. Our team includes people who previously held senior roles at AWS, Microsoft and Google. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you open the doors that drive Protex AI's growth. While our Account Executives focus on closing, you are the force that identifies and engages the next generation of Protex customers. This is a role for someone who wants to master outbound prospecting from the ground up. You'll be the first point of contact for the companies we want to work with, representing our brand and building the pipeline that fuels the business. This is a role with a clear path forward — our strongest BDRs grow into senior sales roles as the company scales. DAY TO DAY - Identify high-potential companies with industrial, manufacturing, and production sites that would benefit from Protex AI across your region - Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and run outbound prospecting campaigns, from idea through to qualified call - Engage safety and operations decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn - Book qualified introductory meetings for our Account Executives and support them through the early stages of the sales cycle - Manage and qualify inbound requests - Keep lead and prospect activity accurate and up to date in our CRM - Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets - Represent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences and expos across Europe - Build strong relationships with Marketing and the Account Executive team, working together to win WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - An early-career professional with a genuine passion for sales, eager to build a career with a fast-growing company - Motivated by targets — you do what it takes to hit your numbers - A positive, entrepreneurial attitude: curious, comfortable working independently, and unafraid to figure out what works - Excellent communicator and a natural team player who collaborates easily across functions - Comfortable learning new digital tools quickly to work efficiently - Someone genuinely excited to work for a fast-scaling startup - You will need to be onsite in our office in Dublin or Boston two days per week Package: OTE €60,000 Dublin OTE $80,000 Boston Plus stock options, healthcare and pension plan.
