What you'll do

  • We're looking for a highly organized, process-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team and work closely with Enterprise Marketing. You'll execute structured inbound, outbound and event-driven programs in coordination with Marketing and Sales. You'll own execution and data accuracy, turn conversations into real discovery and pair strong sales fundamentals with curiosity about how AI is changing outbound. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
  • Respond to inbound leads from web activity, campaigns and events within agreed response times, qualify fit and route sales-ready prospects to the right Account Executive.
  • Run phone discovery that goes beyond scripted qualification to uncover business challenges, current processes, stakeholders, decision criteria and timing.
  • Execute personalized email, phone and LinkedIn outreach to campaign audiences and target accounts, using account research and buying signals to tailor and prioritize engagement.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Marketing's AI-assisted and automated outbound programs, adding the human engagement, discovery and follow-up automation can't.
  • Own event recruitment and follow-up, from targeted invitations to timely qualification.
  • Follow defined campaign playbooks, outreach sequences, qualification requirements and routing rules consistently, and flag gaps in execution.
  • Keep Salesforce accurate in real time across lead status, qualification fields, campaign membership, activity and next steps, and deliver clear handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Share prospect insights with Marketing and Sales to sharpen targeting and messaging, and work toward goals for response time, meetings held, sales-accepted opportunities and pipeline.
  • At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 3 days a week from our New York office.

What you need

  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience managing inbound lead qualification and multi-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of independently executing structured workflows and following sales processes with high consistency.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales development, or web management platforms.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted prospecting tools, intent data platforms, or workflow automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of Wix products and the requirements of businesses managing websites at scale.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and CRM hygiene, ensuring precise pipeline records with minimal oversight.
  • Confident engaging business decision-makers by phone, asking probing discovery questions, and driving conversations toward clear next steps.
  • Solid understanding of sales development best practices and how effective prospecting, qualification, and handoffs drive pipeline growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with a coachable mindset and eagerness to receive feedback.
