As an Entry Level Landscape Designer , you will join our Landscape Architecture Team in either our Boston, MA; Shelton, CT; or Portsmouth, NH office, where you’ll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. Our Landscape Architecture Team & Projects An award-winning landscape architecture, site planning, and urban design studio within Tighe & Bond, serving New England and the eastern United States. Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total Rewards What You’ll Be Doing As a valuable part of our Landscape Architecture Team , an Entry Level Landscape Designer will support a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience with responsibilities such as: Design projects for parks, open spaces, campus and urban environments, municipal spaces, landscape infrastructure, and development and remediation sites Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation graphics Assist with the preparation of construction drawings and document sets Work with senior designers on a collaborative team What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field Prior experience, internships, or coursework in landscape architecture, site design, or related design disciplines Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Lumion Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to contribute collaboratively in a studio team environment Preferred Requirements Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field Technical experience in landscape design and plant knowledge Advanced proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Lumion Your Financial and Wellness Benefits Compensation is based on skills and experience as reflected in the pay range below Annual Bonus, Profit Sharing, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan Best in Class Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Wellness Rewards and Reimbursements Tuition Reimbursement and Qualified Student Loan Paydown Contributions Reimbursements for Licensure/ Certification Preparation and Fees Summer Fridays Flextime and Hybrid Work Environment Child Adoption Assistance Pet Insurance More Information about Tighe & Bond Ways to Grow Your Career We provide a structured career path with opportunities for professional development through tuition reimbursement, internal training, conference attendance, and professional memberships.
