What You’ll Do As a marketing and management trainee, you’ll work with our team to: Execute marketing campaigns and support client projects from start to finish Implement marketing plans, including campaign strategy and market insights Handle branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional materials Build relationships with business owners and customers face to face Deliver customer service and help retain business accounts Coordinate projects to keep campaigns on track and successful Learn team building, from creating a team identity to hitting goals together Who We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you have: Strong organizational and communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A willingness to lead, take initiative, and share ideas Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail A drive to set personal goals and achieve them A disciplined but easygoing personality with a sense of humor Customer service or people-focused experience (helpful, but not required) Recent college graduates, interns, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
