Job Type: Full Time Benefits Stable, full-time employment Biweekly pay Paid training Overtime opportunities Medical and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Pay Starting pay from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment Job Responsibilities Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Follow all safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with other production-related duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends as needed Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
