Entry Level Project Manager, Construction

A Day in the Life: Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials Oversee the buyout process for materials Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule Conduct progress meetings with the construction team Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project Necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required Experience running ground-up projects. Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred Estimation experience preferred Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project What We Can Offer You: At MCC, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
